Forsyth County, NC (October 1, 2020) – Multiple vehicles were involved in a crash that took place in Forsyth County on Thursday, October 1st. The crash was reported around 3:49 a.m. along Interstate 74 near North Carolina Highway 66.
The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene along with Forsyth County EMS workers. According to officials, a total of five people sustained injuries in the three-vehicle accident. All five of the injured victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment. None of the injuries are believed to be life-threatening at this time. There is no information on the cause of the accident at this time. Crews remained on the scene until approximately 6:00 a.m.
