North Carolina Car Accidents
Each year in North Carolina, there are hundreds of thousands of car accidents reported. In a recent year, our state saw 285,000 traffic collisions with more than 80,000 reported injuries. A North Carolina car accident takes place very suddenly and unexpectedly and can result in a tremendous amount of damage and destruction, including injuries to innocent motorists. Nearly all car accidents in North Carolina are caused by the negligence of one or more drivers. A careful investigation following the accident is needed in order to determine the cause and which driver should be held responsible for the results of the collision.
Under the laws of our state, drivers who sustain injuries due to the actions of negligent motorists could be entitled to compensation. When you have been hurt in a crash that was not your fault, your recovery could depend upon the help of a skilled and experienced local attorney. After the accident, you have a limited amount of time to make your claim for personal injuries. It is important to speak with a lawyer who can help you value your case and make sure that you receive the appropriate outcome under the circumstances.
