A North Carolina car accident can take place suddenly and very unexpectedly and can leave you in a difficult position. Following the crash, you may be unable to work and enjoy many of the activities that you once enjoyed before the crash.
If you have been injured in a crash that was not your fault, you could have valuable and important legal rights. Under North Carolina law, crash victims can recover for their damages. This includes compensation for their pain and suffering, lost wages, medical and prescription bills, and potentially more. Depending on the severity of your injuries, your potential recovery can be substantial. It is imperative to speak with an attorney who can properly evaluate your case and present the claim to the insurance adjuster. If you attempt to handle the case on your own, you could end up undervaluing the claim and receiving far less than what you deserve.
