Farmville, NC (May 23, 2020) – Two men died in a tractor-trailer accident in Farmville on Friday, May 22nd. The crash was reported around 2:30 a.m. on Wesley Church Road near U.S. 264.
The Farmville Police Department and the State Highway Patrol responded to the crash scene. According to authorities, the tractor-trailer was traveling on Wesley Church Road with a full load of cargo when it overturned.
Troopers reported that 55-year-old Darren Buckrham and 66-year-old John Parks were killed in the crash. Both were occupants of the truck. There is no information on caused the crash at this time and an investigation is ongoing.
