Cumberland County, NC (September 13, 2021) – Officials in Cumberland County responded to the scene of an accident involving a tanker truck on Monday morning. The crash occurred at approximately 8:30 a.m. at the intersection of North Carolina Highway 87 and Tom Starling Road.
According to officials, the tanker truck and a passenger vehicle were involved in a crash. The accident resulted in about 9,000 gallons of fuel being spilled on the roadway.
