High Point, NC (November 18, 2021) – A crash in High Point involving a Randolph County EMS vehicle occurred on University Parkway near South Main Street. The accident took place when the ambulance and another vehicle collided.
The ambulance was occupied with a passenger when the accident happened. Police responded to the accident and dispatched two additional ambulances to provide medical assistance and transport to the passenger that was in the back of the ambulance and for a person who was in the other vehicle when they crashed.
At this time, authorities have not identified the nature of the injuries to those involved. The accident is currently under investigation.
