Motorcycle Accidents in North Carolina
Many North Carolinians enjoy riding motorcycles in areas throughout our state. While motorcycle riding can be an enjoyable activity, it is not without risks. Nearly 4,000 people are injured each year in North Carolina motorcycle accidents and approximately 200 people are killed in these crashes.
Motorcycles offer little to no protection from the force of a crash with a larger vehicle. Motorcyclists may be thrown from their bikes following a crash and can suffer critical or fatal injuries. The cause of each motorcycle crash must be carefully investigated, however, these accidents are frequently caused when drivers fail to pay attention to the roadway and fail to see motorcyclists.
At Burton Law Firm, North Carolina motorcycle accident attorney Jason M. Burton has represented motorcycle crash victims throughout our state. Since 2012, we have helped recover more than 40 million dollars on behalf of injured victims.
