Knightdale, NC (July 26, 2022) – The Knightdale Police Department was dispatched to the scene of a car accident on Monday, July 25th. The crash was reported at approximately 9:30 a.m. on Interstate 87 at the intersection with Hodge Road.
Police say that at least two people were hurt as a result of the accident. Paramedics were summoned to the area to provide treatment to the injured victims. At this time, the extent of the victim’s injuries has not been released. There is no word on the cause of the accident at this time. Eyewitnesses reported a large police presence at the scene.
