Fatal North Carolina Car Accidents
In 2019, there were approximately 318,000 accidents reported on North Carolina’s roadways, and 1,472 reported fatalities as a result of these crashes. Hundreds of accidents take place on our streets and highways each day. Each of these crashes must be carefully investigated to determine the cause. In most cases, a negligent driver will be the cause of the accident.
Unfortunately, a North Carolina car accident can be devastating to injured victims. Car accident victims include both drivers and passengers. If you or a loved one have been hurt in a crash anywhere in our state, you may be able to make a legal claim against the negligent driver that caused the crash. If your loved one was killed in the crash, you may have the right to file a North Carolina wrongful death claim on their behalf.
