North Carolina Pedestrian Accidents
Pedestrian accidents in North Carolina occur less frequently than other types of crashes, including those involving automobiles. This does not mean, however, that they are less dangerous or deadly. In fact, a pedestrian accident often leaves victims suffering from catastrophic injuries. In the worst cases, these crashes are fatal. Pedestrian accidents happen quickly, leaving victims little time to react and to take any steps to avoid the collision. The cause of every pedestrian crash will be thoroughly investigated. It is common to see pedestrian accidents that occur through the negligence of the driver. These crashes could be avoided through the use of ordinary care and caution.
