Beaufort County, NC (March 2, 2021) – A man from Beaufort County was hurt in a motorcycle crash on Sunday, February 28th. The collision took place around 7:00 p.m. on VOA Road near the intersection with Cherry Run Road.
According to Trooper J. Howard with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, the man was involved in an accident at the intersection. The man, later identified as 52-year-old Anthony Beal, was taken to Vidant Medical Center in Greenville with serious injuries. There is no information on the cause of the accident or how many other vehicles were involved. There is no word on whether any charges are expected to be filed.
