Car Accidents in North Carolina
Serious car accidents occur each day across North Carolina. Major interstates such as Interstate 40 are regularly the site of major crashes involving multiple vehicles. With higher traffic volumes and faster speed limits, interstates play a major part in some of the most serious accidents that we see in our state on a daily basis. Even a split-second of bad decision-making can result in a multiple car accident on the interstate.
If you or a loved one have been affected by a North Carolina car accident, you should have full knowledge of your legal rights. Many accidents are not the injured victim’s fault and are instead caused by negligent drivers who operate their vehicles in a careless manner leading to injuries for innocent motorists and pedestrians. In these situations, the injured victim has a right to recover for their damages sustained in the crash. This recovery includes pain and suffering, payment of medical bills, lost wages, and possibly more depending on the severity of the crash.
