Charlotte, NC (October 9, 2020) – Officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department responded to the scene of an injury crash on Friday, October 9th. The crash happened around 9:10 p.m. near the intersection with South Turner Avenue.
Both police, as well as rescue workers, responded to the accident scene. When officers arrived, they located at least one person that was suffering from injuries sustained in the accident. At this time, there is no information on the events leading up to the crash. Police have not released any information on the extent of the victim’s injuries and there is also no word on the number of cars involved. Motorists traveling near the area were advised to use caution and to find alternate routes of travel if possible.
