North Carolina Car Accidents
Car accidents take place in North Carolina multiple times every day. According to the North Carolina Department of Transportation, there were nearly 300,000 car accidents in the year 2018. Many car accidents are minor in nature and result in only superficial injuries or property damage. Other crashes, however, can cause major injury, including death. The outcome of a North Carolina car accident depends on many factors, including the speed of the vehicles at the time of the collision, the number of vehicles involved, and the manner in which the crash takes place. Regardless of how the crash occurs, innocent victims often find themselves suffering as a result of the accident.
No one can ever be fully prepared for an injury crash to occur. While we all understand and appreciate the risks of travel, becoming a victim presents a completely different reality. Following a crash, you may feel anxious, frustrated, and overwhelmed. This is especially true if the crash was not your fault and you are suffering from injuries that were caused by a negligent driver. You may have many questions regarding your rights during this time. For that reason, it is important to reach out to an attorney who can help.
