North Carolina Car Accidents
No one ever expects to be involved in an injury crash. While the statistics tell us that almost 300,000 traffic accidents are reported in North Carolina each year, the dangers of driving do not always hit home until you have been personally affected by a car accident. A car accident in North Carolina can leave victims with serious, painful, and sometimes permanent injuries. The effects of the crash can linger for many months and even years as victims struggle to resume the life that they enjoyed prior to the accident. The frustration is compounded when you have been hurt due to the careless and reckless actions of another motorist.
At Burton Law Firm, we understand what you are going through. North Carolina car accident attorney Jason M. Burton routinely helps individuals across the state who have been victimized by the actions of a negligent driver. Whether you are a passenger, driver, pedestrian, bicyclist, or motorcyclist, the laws apply equally. Anyone who has been injured in a crash that was not their fault is entitled to a recovery for the damages that were sustained in the accident. It is important to speak with an experienced attorney before settling your claim so that you do not underestimate the value of your case. Often a quick settlement is not in your best interest as you need time to fully evaluate the extent of the damage caused by the accident. Once you settle and sign a waiver you will not be able to pursue any of your claims further. Before you make any decisions regarding your case, you should have a complete understanding of your legal rights and should obtain the advice of a trusted lawyer who can help guide you through the process.
Our team is standing by to take your call at any time and we would be proud to assist you. We offer free consultations and case evaluations for all potential clients.
