Farmville, NC (March 23, 2021) – Police in Farmville responded to the scene of a multi-car crash on Highway 264. The crash took place on Monday, March 22nd.
According to Farmville Fire Department Chief Tommy Brady, several individuals were taken to the hospital following the accident. At this time, there is no word on the cause of the collision. All of the victims were expected to be okay and it does not appear as though any of them suffered life-threatening injuries. No one involved in the accident has been identified at this time. It is not clear whether any charges are expected to be filed.
Motorists were advised to use caution as traffic was backed up for several miles near the scene. An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
