Fatal Car Accidents in North Carolina
A North Carolina car accident can have life-altering effects. These crashes occur very suddenly and unexpectedly and, in the worst-case scenario, can result in the loss of a friend or loved one. Last year in our state, there were approximately 270,000 reported traffic accidents, nearly 80,000 injuries, and more than 1,400 fatalities. Most car accidents are entirely preventable and are caused due to basic human errors or driver negligence. A head-on crash is an example of the types of serious crashes that occur suddenly and can claim the lives of innocent victims.
If you have been injured or if you have lost a loved one in a North Carolina injury accident, you should seek the assistance of a trained and Greensboro car accident attorney as soon as possible. It is important to have an understanding of your legal rights after the accident. Before you speak with the insurance company, you should know that the adjuster is not working for you and the settlement offer that you do receive is likely to be well below the true value of your claim.
