Greenville, NC (January 21, 2021) – The Greenville Police Department and the Greenville Fire Rescue responded to the scene of a two-car accident on Wednesday, January 20th. The crash happened around 9:00 p.m. on North Green Street at the intersection with Belvoir Road.
According to officers, one of the vehicles was turning left and the second was traveling straight in an oncoming direction. One of the cars caught fire following the accident. Rescue crews responded and transported multiple people to Vidant Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. At this time, there is no update on the identities or the conditions of the victims. Police are still investigating the crash and have not said whether any charges are expected to be filed.
