North Carolina Car Accidents
According to statistics published by the North Carolina Department of Transportation, there are more than 300,000 reported car accidents in North Carolina each year. These accidents take place throughout the state every day, on busy highways and quiet city streets. No one is ever truly safe from being injured in a car accident and all motorists must remember to utilize caution when traveling on the roadways.
If you have been hurt in a North Carolina car accident, you should seek the assistance of a competent and skilled North Carolina car accident attorney as soon as possible. Following the crash, you are no doubt experiencing a range of emotions from anxiety, to anger, and frustration. Your future may feel uncertain as you deal with painful injuries, costly medical bills, and a long road to recovery. It is important to make sure that your case is handled properly in order to help secure your future.
Many crash victims make the mistake of trying to handle their own claims. This results in a settlement that is far less than what your claim is worth. The insurance company will undervalue your case in an effort to obtain a quick settlement. The adjuster is not working for you; their goal is to maximize profits for the company. Once you sign a settlement agreement, you lose your right to continue negotiating your claim or to file a lawsuit against the negligent driver for your injuries. Before you sign anything or agree to a settlement, you should have legal representation on your side. Your attorney can deal with the insurance company and ensure you receive the compensation you deserve.
Our team is here to help you at any time. We provide a free consultation and case evaluation for all potential and prospective clients. We also handle most cases on a contingency fee basis, meaning that there is no payment until we obtain a recovery on your behalf.
