Morehead City, NC (September 1, 2020) – Two people were hurt in a two-vehicle crash that took place in Morehead City on Tuesday, September 1st. The crash happened around 3:00 p.m. along Highway 24 near Walgreens pharmacy.
The Morehead City Fire Department, EMS, and police all responded to the scene. According to a report, the crash involved a blue passenger vehicle and a red pickup truck. At least two people were taken to the hospital for undisclosed injuries. The names of the victims have not been released at this time. There is no information on the cause of the accident.
The collision remains under investigation at this time according to Lt. Trent Johnson of the Morehead City Police Department. No further information is available.
