Pedestrian Accidents in North Carolina
A North Carolina pedestrian accident is a very serious and major event for most victims. These accidents often result in serious injuries for victims that can lead to hospitalizations, surgeries, and an extended period of rehabilitation and recovery. A pedestrian is extremely vulnerable to being seriously hurt when they are involved in a crash. The pedestrian has no protection and often does not even see a vehicle until it is too late to avoid a collision. Drivers who fail to yield, are impaired, or otherwise distracted will greatly contribute to the number of reported pedestrian accidents in North Carolina this year.
