Pedestrian Accidents in North Carolina

If you or a loved one have been hurt in a North Carolina pedestrian accident, you are likely wondering what rights you have following the crash. In many pedestrian accidents, the driver is engaged in some sort of negligent behavior when the crash occurs. Drivers are often distracted by their cell phones when a pedestrian accident takes place.
