Raleigh, NC (July 14, 2021) – The Raleigh Police Department responded to the scene of a car accident with injuries on Wednesday, July 14th. The accident was reported just before 8:00 p.m. on Glenwood Avenue at the intersection with T.W. Alexander Drive.
When police arrived, they discovered at least one person suffering from injuries sustained in the collision. Officers immediately began an investigation into the accident. At this time, there is no information on what caused the accident to occur. The injured victims have not been identified and the extent of the injuries is not known at this time. The crash caused a delay at the scene as motorists were advised to avoid the area and to use caution when traveling. Police have not said whether any charges are expected to be filed.
