Raleigh, NC (December 16, 2020) – A pedestrian was killed by a train in Raleigh on Thursday afternoon. The incident took place on Hillsborough Street near the intersection with Gorman Street.
The Raleigh Police Department responded to the scene just after the crash took place. There are few details at this time regarding how the crash occurred. The name of the deceased victim has not been released. No one else was injured as a result of the accident. Officers have not said whether any charges are expected to be filed in connection with the accident.
