Raleigh, NC (July 22, 2021) – The Raleigh Police Department was called to the scene of an injury crash on Thursday, July 22nd. The accident was reported around 9:45 p.m. on Lake Boone Trail at the intersection with Wesvill Court.
Police say that at least one person sustained injuries in the collision. There is no information at this time on the nature or the extent of the injuries. The vehicles involved in the accident suffered heavy damage in the crash although there is no word on the cause of the accident at this time. Motorists were asked to avoid the scene as police and rescue crews worked to investigate the crash and to clean up debris in the area.
