North Carolina Pedestrian Accidents
Pedestrian accidents in North Carolina have a high rate of death and injuries. According to the North Carolina Department of Transportation, there were 2,290 reported pedestrian crashes in our state in 2019 and 2,059 reported injuries. A total of 231 people lost their lives in these accidents, which represents a nearly 12% increase from the year before.
