Fatal Car Accidents in North Carolina
Tragically, there are about 1,400 people killed in North Carolina car accidents each year. Hundreds of these victims will lose their lives due to the actions of others on our roadways. Speeding, reckless driving, and other forms of careless behavior all contribute to the serious and fatal accidents that we see often in our state. Each fatal car accident must be carefully investigated by authorities to determine who should be held responsible. In many cases, at least one negligent driver is responsible for the collision.
When you have lost a loved one in a fatal crash in North Carolina, you may have legal rights.
