Fatal Crashes in North Carolina
Serious and fatal accidents occur in North Carolina each day. There is certainly nothing more devastating than the loss of a loved one and family member in a North Carolina car accident. In 2019, approximately 1,500 people were killed in car accidents on North Carolina’s roadways. Many of these victims lost their lives when they were hit by negligent drivers. Hit-and-run crashes, in particular, pose a great risk of death or serious injury as these accidents are frequently severe in nature, causing drivers to flee the scene in an effort to avoid personal responsibility for their actions.
Following a serious North Carolina car accident, you should seek the best possible representation that you can find. Having a good attorney by your side can mean the difference between a full recovery and failing to secure enough compensation to pay your medical bills and other expenses resulting from the crash.
