North Carolina Car Accidents
No one ever gets into a vehicle expecting to be involved in a car accident. The reality, however, is that injury accidents happen every day across North Carolina. In 2019, there were approximately 300,000 reported car accidents in North Carolina. These crashes ranged from very minor to severe. While not all accidents result in injuries, many of them will. The results of a North Carolina car accident can involve a prolonged recovery period that can last days, weeks, or months. During this time, crash victims can miss valuable time from work and may face a long and painful recovery.
Fortunately, there is help available. If you or a loved one have been injured in a crash that was not your fault, you could be entitled to recover compensation for your injuries. North Carolina law provides accident victims with the opportunity to receive reimbursement for their pain and suffering, lost wages, medical bills, and potentially more. The amount of your recovery depends upon many factors, including the nature of your injuries and the extent of your medical bills. Only an experienced attorney can evaluate your case and determine the value of the claim.
