A North Carolina car accident takes place very suddenly and unexpectedly and can result in a tremendous amount of damage and destruction, including injuries to innocent motorists. Nearly all car accidents in North Carolina are caused by the negligence of one or more drivers. A careful investigation following the accident is needed in order to determine the cause and which driver should be held responsible for the results of the collision.
