Yadkin County, NC (July 21, 2021) – Police in Yadkin County responded to the scene of an injury accident involving a school bus on Wednesday, July 21st. The accident was reported around 3:20 p.m. on Rena Road just south of Jonesville.
The bus, which was carrying summer school students, rolled over on Rena Road. At the time of the accident, there were 26 students on the bus. Four of the students were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. There is no update on their conditions at this time. Police have not released any details on the cause of the collision. There were no other vehicles involved in the collision.
